1. Overview
This website is operated by Willemien Bardawil. By accessing this site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept all terms, do not use this site.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction or have permission from a legal guardian. Use of our site or services for unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination of services.
3. Orders & Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 2–7 days, unless otherwise noted. During holidays, allow up to 10 days. Made-to-measure items follow timelines in their description.
3A. Artisanal Ceramics and Tableware
All of our ceramics and table linens are handcrafted, meaning each piece is truly one of a kind. As a result, slight variations in shape, size, color, glaze, and design are to be expected—and embraced. These subtle differences are part of the charm of artisanal craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
We take care to accurately represent our products through photos and descriptions, but due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, no two items will be exactly the same. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and appreciate the unique character of each handmade piece.
4. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. No returns or refunds.
For broken ceramic items, email studio@willlemien.com within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging. A replacement or refund will be issued if stock is unavailable.
5. Live Events
Cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance. Late cancellations will be charged in full.
6. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service at any time. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or exploitation of site content is prohibited.
7. Product Accuracy
We aim for accuracy in images and descriptions, but cannot guarantee exact color representation. We may limit or discontinue products at our discretion.
8. Billing & Account Info
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, especially those that appear to be from resellers. You agree to keep your account info current and accurate.
9. Third-Party Tools & Links
We are not responsible for third-party content or tools accessed via this site. Use them at your own risk.
10. User Submissions
Any feedback or comments you send may be used by us without obligation or compensation. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your submissions.
